Customer service for our export customers are handled by the
export department in Eisenach.
We focus at long term cooperation with our customers and our aim
is to support and strengthen our customers' market position through
our services.

- Sales team with long term experience in handling export sales
including shipments to countries
with complicated import rules - Support of the customers regarding transport and logistics
- Handling of custom procedures in Germany, preparing of export declaration and CMR
- Support in all matters regarding product and price information
- On-line ordering system and online shop
- Preparation of pro forma invoices
- Handling of orders within 5 working days
Marketing
- Sales promotion support according to individual agreements
- Product, sales and marketing training
- Availability of paper catalogues, promotional items and other marketing support material
- Contribution to marketing and advertising campaigns
- Support in relation to certification matters in export country (ISO, national product approvals etc.)
- Participation in trade fairs and in-house exhibitions in cooperation with our customers
- Long-term agreements based on mutual cooperation
